Confessing your sins to God is not to inform God of your actions. God already knows what you've done and what your doing right now. He is all knowing!!!!
When you confess your sins you are showing God that you Respect His judgment and you HUMBLY are asking Him to forgive your sins.
Dont beat yourself up over past actions that you may regret.
You got to forgive yourself before you ask for forgivness.
When you experience forgivness you've got to forgive others.
Once God forgives you there is no need to bring up the past ever again.
Keep it real with God and experience freedom, light from burden.
